YNDC has released the draft Greater Glenwood Plan for public review. The draft is available below and on YNDC’s website. Residents, neighborhood organizations, and other community members are encouraged to review the plan and provide comments through Friday, December 4, 2026.
YNDC will host a public meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Youngstown Playhouse, 600 Playhouse Lane. The meeting will include a presentation of the draft plan and opportunities for residents to share feedback, discuss neighborhood priorities, and learn how to participate in implementation.
The draft plan outlines priorities for neighborhood improvements, including strengthening connections among residents, and addressing everyday safety and quality-of-life concerns. Community feedback will help refine the recommendations and guide next steps.
Following the public comment period, YNDC will incorporate feedback into the final plan, which will then be adopted by YNDC and the City of Youngstown.
Residents are encouraged to review the draft, attend the meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, and submit their comments by Friday, December 4, 2026 via an online form here or by reaching out to Sara Daugherty at (330) 480-0423 or sdaugherty@yndc.org
