Wilton was born and raised in his family home, having lived there for over 40 years. His roof was leaking so severely that he has had it tarped for the last 10 years.
On Monday, March 7, the First National Bank Community Foundation awarded YNDC with a $15,000 grant to support YNDC's housing programs including housing counseling and emergency repair.
